The stay was great. McKenzie helped us once with a lost room key. She was kind and engaging. The customer service we received from her was excellent. She wasn't over the top friendly which can be tiresome when traveling. I messed up and forgot the name of the person who checked us in but id like to shout her out too. There was some confusion regarding how many rooms we had booked and she got it handled right away and was very kind. We were in town for my grandpa's funeral so a messed up hotel booking could have been a very stressful situation but she made it extremely easy and stressless.

Breakfast was great, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The location is about 5 mins from downtown Lynden, and about 20 minutes outside Bellingham. You're also about 5 miles from the Canadian border which crosses almost directly into Abbotsford. The staff were very friendly. Plus you are located close to a lot of different services within walking distance such as grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. There's a nice steakhouse that's a part of the hotel, but it's very pricey.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are all great. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the bathroom is one of the best, for water pressure, that we have ever encountered before. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff were great and friendly, 5 mins from Lynden fair. Some.kf the best sleep I have had in a long time. The bed and pillows were amazing.

Perfect location for our visit to Lynden. This hotel has everything you could want for a perfect stay. The rooms are large with coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The breakfast had great options.
